Creamy Beef & Noodles (Crazy Easy Dinner!)

 

I swear this is one of those meals that makes you stop after the first bite and say, “Wait… how is this SO good with only a few ingredients?!” The beef turns rich and savory, the gravy becomes thick and creamy, and the egg noodles soak up all that flavor. It’s pure comfort food and ridiculously easy to make.

 

 

 

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 bag wide egg noodles

2 packets brown gravy mix

1 can cream of mushroom soup

2 cups water (or beef broth for extra flavor)

 

 

 

Instructions

Cook the noodles

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.

Brown the beef

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Break it apart as it cooks and drain any excess grease.

Add the flavor

Sprinkle both packets of brown gravy mix over the cooked beef. Stir well so the seasoning coats the meat.

Make it creamy

Add the cream of mushroom soup and water (or beef broth). Stir everything together and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until it becomes thick and creamy.

Mix in the noodles

Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet and stir until they are fully coated in the creamy beef gravy.

 

 

 

Serve hot

Plate it up and get ready for the reaction… because the first bite usually gets a “WOW… this is actually amazing!”

Optional but amazing additions

Sprinkle parsley on top

Add shredded cheese

Serve with garlic bread

This is one of those cheap, simple meals that tastes like comfort food heaven.
