Creamy Garlic Butter Steak & Cheese Tortellini

 

Tender steak bites tossed with cheesy tortellini in a rich, creamy garlic butter sauce — pure comfort in every bite!

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

* 1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

* 1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini

* 3 tbsp garlic butter

* 1/2 cup heavy cream

* 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

* Salt and pepper to taste

 

 

 

Instructions:

 

1. Cook the cheese tortellini according to package directions, then drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, melt garlic butter over medium-high heat.

3. Add steak pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.

4. Pour in heavy cream and stir to combine, letting it simmer for 2–3 minutes.

5. Add cooked tortellini and mix gently to coat in the creamy sauce.

6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top and stir until melted and creamy.

 

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

 

 

 

Notes: Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor and a hearty twist!
