Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 (6 oz) box stuffing mix
1 ½ cups chicken broth or water
Instructions
Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker.
Place the chicken breasts in an even layer on the bottom.
Spread the cream of chicken soup evenly over the chicken.
In a separate bowl, combine the stuffing mix with the chicken broth or water. Stir until moistened.
Spoon the stuffing mixture over the soup-covered chicken.
Cover and cook on Low for 6–7 hours or High for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
Gently fluff the stuffing before serving and spoon the creamy sauce over each portion.
