Creamy Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a baking dish and set aside.
Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast without slicing all the way through.
In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and garlic until creamy and well combined.
Stuff each chicken breast generously with the spinach mixture. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
Season the chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
Transfer the chicken to the prepared baking dish and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and juicy inside.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.
