These golden, crispy egg rolls are a delicious low-carb twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak. Packed with tender beef, melted cheese, and savory sautéed peppers and onions, every bite is rich, cheesy, and incredibly satisfying — without the extra carbs!

 

 

 

Ingredients

300 g thinly sliced beef or ground beef

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon olive oil or butter

Low-carb egg roll wrappers (or cheese wraps for zero-carb option)

Preparation

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and bell pepper until soft and fragrant.

Add the beef, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and cook until browned and fully cooked.

Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheese until melted and creamy.

Spoon the mixture into egg roll wrappers and roll tightly.
