Crunchy No-Bake White Chocolate Peanut Biscoff Bars
These irresistible no-bake bars combine crunchy roasted peanuts, creamy white chocolate, and caramelized Biscoff cookie pieces for the ultimate sweet treat. Easy to make and perfect for dessert lovers!
Ingredients
1¼ cups (200g) roasted peanuts
200g Biscoff cookies, crushed into small chunks
200g white chocolate, melted
½ cup (120g) peanut butter
3 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Extra crushed Biscoff cookies for topping (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Base
In a large bowl, combine the crushed Biscoff cookies and roasted peanuts.
Make the Filling
Melt the white chocolate gently using a microwave or double boiler. Stir in the peanut butter, melted butter, and honey until smooth and creamy.
Combine Everything
Pour the white chocolate mixture over the cookie and peanut mixture. Stir well until evenly coated.
Shape the Bars
Line a square baking dish or loaf pan with parchment paper. Press the mixture firmly into the pan using the back of a spoon.
Add the Topping
Sprinkle extra crushed Biscoff cookies on top for added crunch and flavor.
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
