6 medium potatoes, halved

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and grated Parmesan until smooth and well combined.

Arrange the potato halves cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.

Generously spread the mayonnaise-Parmesan mixture over each potato half.

Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper.
