Ingredients
3 large eggs

3/4 cup (150 g) sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup (110 ml) vegetable oil
1/2 cup (110 ml) milk
2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
1 tbsp (15 g) baking powder
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch or 9-inch cake pan.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, salt, and sugar together until the mixture becomes light, creamy, and fluffy.
Add the vanilla, oil, and milk, then mix until smooth and well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until a smooth batter forms. Avoid overmixing.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
