Golden Garlic Parmesan Butter Noodles

Golden Garlic Parmesan Butter Noodles (Easy 4-Ingredient Comfort Bake)
This cozy, no-fuss dish has been a staple at our family gatherings for years. My mother-in-law shared it with me when I first became part of the family, and it quickly became one of those recipes I can make without even thinking. Simple, warm, and incredibly satisfying, this oven-baked garlic parmesan noodle dish is the definition of comfort food.
With just four ingredients, it transforms into something truly special—tender egg noodles coated in rich, garlicky butter and finished with a golden, bubbly layer of parmesan cheese. It’s perfect for busy days, picky eaters, or anytime you need something hearty and delicious with minimal effort.
Serve it fresh out of the oven while it’s hot and fragrant. It pairs beautifully with roasted chicken, grilled meats, or even a simple salad. But honestly, it’s so good it can easily stand on its own as the star of the table.
Ingredients (Serves 6)
12 oz egg noodles (wide or medium)
1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced (or 1½ teaspoons garlic powder)
1½ cups grated parmesan cheese, divided
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cook the egg noodles according to package directions until tender. Drain well.
In a large bowl, combine the hot noodles with melted butter and garlic. Toss until evenly coated.
Stir in 1 cup of the grated parmesan cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup parmesan over the top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Tips & Variations
Add a sprinkle of chopped parsley for a fresh finish.
Mix in cooked chicken or sautéed mushrooms for a heartier meal.

Rich, buttery, and full of flavor—this simple dish proves that comfort food doesn’t need to be complicated.
