Ingredients

3 large eggs

¾ cup (180 g) sugar

½ cup (70 g) all-purpose flour

¾ cup (180 g) butter, softened

7 oz (200 g) cookies of your choice, crushed or whole

2½ cups (600 ml) milk

Instructions

In a large saucepan, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and flour until smooth and lump-free.

Gradually pour in the milk while whisking continuously to create a smooth mixture.

Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens into a creamy custard.

Remove from the heat and add the softened butter. Stir until fully melted and incorporated, creating a rich and silky cream.

 

 

 

 

In a serving dish or individual dessert cups, arrange a layer of cookies on the bottom.

Pour a layer of the warm cream mixture over the cookies. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
