No-Bake Vanilla Cream Biscuit Dessert – Rich, Creamy & Melt-in-Your-Mouth Delight
Looking for a simple homemade dessert that tastes like it came from a bakery? This no-bake vanilla cream biscuit dessert is incredibly smooth, light, and delicious. Made with a silky vanilla custard and layers of soft biscuits, it’s the perfect treat for any occasion—without using flour!
Ingredients
For the Cream Filling
4 cups milk
½ cup sugar
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Layers
2 packs cornstarch biscuits (such as Maizena biscuits)
Milk, for dipping the biscuits
For Garnish
Grated chocolate or chocolate shavings
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Whisk well until the mixture is completely smooth and free of lumps.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens into a smooth and creamy custard.
Remove from the heat and let the cream cool slightly, stirring occasionally to prevent a skin from forming.
Quickly dip each biscuit into the milk and arrange a layer of biscuits in the bottom of a serving dish.
Spread a layer of the warm vanilla cream over the biscuits.
Repeat the layers of dipped biscuits and cream until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
Sprinkle generously with grated chocolate.
Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or until fully chilled and set.
Serving Suggestion
Serve cold for the best texture and flavor. The biscuits soften beautifully, blending with the creamy vanilla filling to create a dessert that literally melts in your mouth with every bite.
Creamy, elegant, and incredibly easy—this no-bake dessert is guaranteed to become a family favorite!
