Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon instant yeast
1 cup warm water
1/2 cup warm milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast. Pour in the warm water, warm milk, and vegetable oil. Mix with a spoon until a soft sticky dough forms.
First Rise
Cover the bowl with a clean towel or plastic wrap and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Shape the Bread
Lightly flour your hands and gently shape the dough into a round loaf. No kneading needed!
Cook the Bread
Place the dough into a lightly oiled skillet or baking pan. Cover again and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.
Bake
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is beautifully golden and the bread sounds hollow when tapped.
Serve & Enjoy
Let the bread cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy it warm with butter, cheese, jam, or your favorite meal!
Tip:
For extra flavor, sprinkle sesame seeds, herbs, or garlic powder on top before baking.
