Melt-In-Your-Mouth Mocha Cloud Cake

The softest chocolate coffee cake you’ll ever taste! Light, fluffy, and incredibly moist, this dreamy cake melts in your mouth with every bite. Perfect for coffee lovers and chocolate fans alike!

 

 

 

Ingredients

3 eggs

A pinch of salt

8 g vanilla sugar

100 ml milk

1 tablespoon instant coffee

120 g sugar

100 ml vegetable oil

180 g all-purpose flour

20 g unsweetened cocoa powder

15 g baking powder

Optional Topping

Powdered sugar

Chocolate glaze

Whipped cream or chocolate shavings

 

 

 

Instructions

Prepare the coffee mixture

Dissolve the instant coffee in the warm milk and set aside.

Beat the eggs

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.

Add wet ingredients

Pour in the oil and the coffee-milk mixture, then mix well.

Combine dry ingredients

Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.

Make the batter

Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until smooth and lump-free.

Bake

Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

 

 

 

Cool & serve

Let the cake cool slightly before serving. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate glaze for an extra indulgent touch.
