Ingredients
400 g cocoa cream or chocolate spread (about 1½ cups)
700 ml milk (3 cups / 24 fl oz)
10 g agar-agar (2 teaspoons)
½ teaspoon sunflower oil (for greasing the mold)
Optional Toppings
Chocolate shavings
Crushed biscuits or cookies
Fresh strawberries or berries
Cocoa powder
Chopped nuts
Instructions
Prepare the Mold
Lightly grease a cake mold or glass dish with sunflower oil to prevent sticking.
Mix the Ingredients
In a saucepan, combine the cocoa cream, milk, and agar-agar. Whisk well until smooth and fully combined.
Cook the Mixture
Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir continuously until the mixture begins to simmer gently. Let it cook for 2–3 minutes so the agar-agar activates properly.
Pour into the Mold
Carefully pour the hot chocolate mixture into the prepared mold. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Chill Until Set
Allow the cake to cool slightly at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or until fully firm and set.
Decorate & Serve
Remove the cake from the mold and decorate with chocolate shavings, cocoa powder, fruit, or nuts before serving.
Serving Suggestions
Serve chilled with coffee, tea, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra indulgent treat.
Creamy, chocolatey, and effortlessly delicious — this no-bake cake is guaranteed to become one of your favorite easy desserts!
