🛒 Ingredients

For the Meatballs:

1½ lbs (680 g) ground beef

½ cup breadcrumbs

1 large egg

¼ cup milk

1 small onion, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp dried parsley

For the Gravy:

2 cans (10.5 oz each) cream of mushroom soup

2 cups beef broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp black pepper

 

 

 

 

For Serving:

12 oz egg noodles

2 tbsp butter

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix gently until combined.

Shape the mixture into 1½-inch meatballs and place them in the slow cooker.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Pour the gravy mixture over the meatballs, ensuring they are well coated.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the meatballs are tender and fully cooked.

About 15 minutes before serving, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with butter.

Serve the meatballs and rich gravy generously over the buttery noodles.
