Ingredients:
1 bag tortilla chips
1 cup cooked ground beef, seasoned to taste
1 cup cooked shrimp, seasoned with Cajun spice
1 ½ cups nacho cheese sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
½ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
¼ cup chopped green onions
½ cup sour cream
Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
Sprinkle the seasoned ground beef and Cajun shrimp evenly over the chips.
Drizzle the nacho cheese sauce generously over the top.
