2½–3 pounds pork shoulder (pork butt)
1 packet (1 oz) brown gravy mix
4 cups beef broth
12 oz wide egg noodles

Directions
Prepare the slow cooker
Place the pork shoulder in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add the gravy mixture
Sprinkle the brown gravy mix over the pork.
Pour the beef broth over everything.
Cook the pork
Cover and cook:
Low: 8 hours
High: 4–5 hours

Shred the meat
