Ingredients
12 oz (340 g) penne or rotini pasta
4 cups fresh baby spinach
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Lightly grease the slow cooker with cooking spray or butter.
Add the broth, heavy cream, butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Add the uncooked pasta and gently stir until coated.
