Ingredients

1 cup cold heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup Greek yogurt or cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)

Crushed biscuits or graham crackers for layering

Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish

 

 

 

Instructions

In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Add the condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix gently until smooth and airy.

Fold in the Greek yogurt or cream cheese if using.

Spoon crushed biscuits into serving glasses, then layer with the lemon mousse. Repeat the layers if desired.

Chill for 20–30 minutes for the best texture, or enjoy immediately for a softer mousse.
