1 cup marinara or tomato sauce
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Topping
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the diced onion and cook for 2–3 minutes until softened. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
