Ingredients
For the Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Caesar dressing
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Creamy Parmesan Sauce
½ cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
Prepare the oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Season the chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry and place them in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
Add the Caesar coating
Spread the Caesar dressing evenly over the chicken breasts. Sprinkle ¾ cup of the Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake until golden
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the top is bubbly and lightly golden.
Make the creamy sauce
While the chicken bakes, heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the cream cheese, garlic, and remaining Parmesan cheese. Cook until smooth and creamy.
Finish and serve
Pour the warm Parmesan sauce over the baked chicken and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta.
Tips for Extra Flavor
Add crispy bacon bits for a smoky touch.
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the creamiest texture.
Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for an extra golden cheesy top.
Serve with garlic bread to soak up the delicious sauce.
