They look elegant on a platter, taste rich and satisfying, and yet come together with just three humble ingredients. No oven, no fuss—just a quick mix, roll, chill, and slice. Ingredients (Serves 6)

8 oz thinly sliced roasted turkey breast (about 10–12 deli-style slices)

6 oz soft white cheese spread or whipped cream cheese (plain)

2 tablespoons heavy cream (or half-and-half)

Prep Your Surface

Lay a large sheet of plastic wrap or parchment paper on your counter to make rolling easier and keep things neat.

Make the Creamy Filling

In a small bowl, mix the cheese spread with the heavy cream until smooth, light, and spreadable. The texture should be creamy—not too thick. Add a tiny splash more cream if needed.

Layer the Turkey

Arrange 2–3 slices of turkey slightly overlapping on the prepared surface to form a rectangle. Keep the longer side facing you for easy rolling.

Spread the Filling

Gently spread a thin, even layer of the cheese mixture over the turkey, leaving about ½ inch (1 cm) space along the far edge so the roll seals neatly.

Roll It Up

Starting from the side closest to you, carefully roll the turkey into a tight log, using the wrap to help guide and shape it.

Chill to Set

Wrap the roll tightly and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours until firm. This makes slicing much easier and helps the flavors meld.

Slice & Serve
