Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 can (10.5 oz / 300 g) cream of chicken soup

1 cup (240 ml) sour cream

1½ cups (170 g) shredded cheddar cheese, divided

½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

 

 

 

 

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Add the seasoned chicken to the sauce and stir until evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer.

Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

For an extra golden top, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end of baking.

Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
