Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 onion, chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups beef broth

2 cups milk

2 cups elbow macaroni or shell pasta

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mozzarella or provolone cheese

1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Cook the Beef

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.

Add the Veggies

Stir in the chopped onion and green bell pepper. Cook for 4–5 minutes until softened. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.

Simmer the Pasta

Pour in the beef broth and milk. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the pasta and bring to a gentle boil.

Cook Until Tender

Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.

Make It Cheesy

Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and creamy.

Serve & Enjoy

Spoon into bowls and serve hot with garlic bread or a fresh salad for the ultimate comfort meal.

Serving Tip

Top with extra melted provolone cheese and a sprinkle of parsley for a true cheesesteak-inspired finish!
