1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 large onion, sliced
2–3 bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste
For Serving
Warm flour or corn tortillas
Fresh chopped cilantro
Lime wedges
Sour cream
Guacamole
Salsa
Shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
1. Marinate the Steak
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and all spices.
Coat the steak thoroughly in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours for deeper flavor).
2. Cook the Steak
Heat a skillet or grill pan over high heat until very hot.
Sear the steak for 3–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until nicely browned and cooked to your liking.
Let it rest for 5–10 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain for maximum tenderness.
3. Sauté the Vegetables
In the same pan, add olive oil, then cook onions and bell peppers over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes until soft and slightly charred.
Season with salt and pepper.
4. Combine
Add the sliced steak back into the pan with the vegetables. Toss everything together for 1–2 minutes until hot and well combined.
5. Serve
Serve immediately with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings like cilantro, lime juice, sour cream, guacamole, or salsa.
