Ingredients

3 large eggs

1 cup milk

½ cup vegetable oil or melted butter

1 ½ cups sugar

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a cake pan.

In a blender, add the eggs, milk, oil, sugar, and vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the flour and salt, then blend again until fully combined.

Add the baking powder and pulse gently a few times just until mixed.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool slightly before removing it from the pan.
