It’s refreshing, colorful, and always a crowd favorite—perfect for gatherings, picnics, or a quick dessert at home.
Ingredients
1 can (29 oz) peach slices (with syrup)
1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks (with syrup)
1 box (3.1 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (dry)
1 lb fresh strawberries, diced
1 large banana, sliced
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 cups red grapes
1 tablespoon white sugar
Instructions
Build the base:
Pour the canned peaches and pineapple into a large mixing bowl, including all the syrup.
Create the glaze:
Sprinkle the dry vanilla pudding mix directly over the fruit and juices. Stir thoroughly until the powder dissolves and forms a smooth, glossy sauce.
Add fresh fruit:
Gently fold in the strawberries, blueberries, grapes, and sugar until evenly combined.
Add banana last:
Slice and add the banana at the end to keep it fresh and prevent browning.
Chill and set:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours, allowing the sauce to thicken and flavors to blend beautifully.
Tips for Best Results
For extra freshness, add a splash of lemon juice to the bananas before mixing.
Serve well chilled for the creamiest texture.
You can swap fruits based on what you have—kiwi, mango, or apples work great too.
Serving Idea
Serve this fruit salad as a refreshing side dish, a light dessert, or even over yogurt or cake for an extra indulgent treat. One bowl is never enough!
