Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
8 oz (225 g) brie cheese, cut into 24 small cubes
1/3 cup raspberry, strawberry, or apricot jam
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Cut each triangle into smaller pieces and press one piece into each muffin cup.
Place a cube of brie in the center of each dough cup.
Top each piece of brie with about ½ teaspoon of jam.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
Allow the bites to cool for 3–5 minutes before removing them from the pan.
