TACO SPAGHETTI
Ingredients
spaghetti
ground beef
taco seasoning
diced tomatoes
tomato sauce
onion, finely chopped
garlic, minced
cheddar cheese, shredded
mozzarella cheese, shredded
parsley or cilantro, chopped
salt
black pepper
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until softened.
Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Simmer until thickened and well combined.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the noodles evenly in the sauce.
Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella over the top and cover until melted and gooey.
Finish with chopped parsley or cilantro before serving.
