Pepperoni Mac & Cheese Bake
(Kid-Approved & Super Comforting!)
Ingredients
3 lbs ground beef (hamburger meat)
2 boxes mac and cheese (with included cheese packets)
2 cans (about 15 oz each) pizza sauce
2–3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or pizza blend)
1–2 cups sliced pepperoni
1 tsp garlic seasoning (or garlic powder)
Salt & black pepper (optional, to taste)
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Ground Beef
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the 3 lbs ground beef until fully browned.
Drain excess grease.
Season lightly with salt, pepper, and a little garlic seasoning if desired.
Set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Mac & Cheese
Prepare both boxes of mac and cheese according to package directions.
Once cooked and creamy, set aside.
3️⃣ Mix Everything Together
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large baking dish, combine:
Cooked ground beef
Prepared mac and cheese
2 cans of pizza sauce
Mix well until evenly combined.
4️⃣ Add Toppings
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the top.
Layer pepperoni slices over the cheese.
Lightly sprinkle garlic seasoning on top for that pizza flavor.
5️⃣ Bake
Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Red pepper flakes for a little kick
Tips
For extra crispy pepperoni, broil the dish for 2–3 minutes at the end.
Let it rest 5 minutes before serving so it sets up nicely.
