☁️ Mascarpone Cream:

1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)

¾ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Zest of 1 lemon

Lemon Layer:

½ cup lemon curd (store-bought or homemade)

Garnish:

Fresh lemon slices

Extra lemon zest

Mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Lemon Soak

In a medium bowl, combine warm water, fresh lemon juice, sugar, and lemon zest.

Stir well until the sugar completely dissolves. Set aside to cool slightly.

2️⃣ Prepare the Mascarpone Cream

In a large bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth and creamy.

In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone using a spatula.

Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest.

Mix gently until smooth and fluffy. Do not overmix.

3️⃣ Assemble the First Layer

Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the lemon syrup (1–2 seconds only — do not soak).

Arrange them in a single layer in a 9×9-inch (or similar) dish.

Spread half of the lemon curd evenly over the ladyfingers.

Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the lemon curd and smooth the surface.

4️⃣ Repeat the Layers

Dip the remaining ladyfingers in lemon syrup and place them on top.

Spread the remaining mascarpone cream evenly over the top.

Smooth the surface using a spatula.

5️⃣ Chill

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

This helps the flavors blend and gives the perfect creamy texture. ❄️

6️⃣ Garnish & Serve

Before serving, decorate with:

Fresh lemon slices

Extra lemon zest

Mint leaves for a fresh touch

Slice, serve chilled, and enjoy this bright, refreshing dessert!

Tips for Perfect Lemon Tiramisu

Use room-temperature mascarpone for a smooth cream.

Dip ladyfingers quickly to avoid soggy layers.

Overnight chilling gives the best flavor and texture.

For extra lemon flavor, add a thin layer of lemon zest between layers.
