Chicken Bacon Ranch Bubble Up Casserole

A creamy, cheesy comfort casserole with fluffy biscuit pieces that “bubble up” while baking.

 

 

 

Ingredients (5 Ingredients)

2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup ranch dressing

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Optional: chopped green onions for garnish.

 

 

 

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

2️⃣ Prepare the Biscuit Dough

Cut each biscuit into 4 small pieces.

Spread the pieces evenly in the baking dish.

3️⃣ Add the Filling

In a large bowl, combine:

Shredded chicken

Crumbled bacon

Ranch dressing

1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese

Mix until everything is well coated.

4️⃣ Assemble the Casserole

Pour the chicken mixture over the biscuit pieces.

Gently stir so the biscuit dough is coated with the mixture.

Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese on top.

5️⃣ Bake

Bake for 25–30 minutes, until:

The biscuits are golden brown

The cheese is melted and bubbly.

 

 

6️⃣ Serve

Let the casserole rest 5 minutes before serving.

Garnish with green onions if desired.

Tips for the Best Bubble Up

Use rotisserie chicken for the best flavor and convenience.

Make sure biscuit pieces are not too large so they cook through.
