2 Ripe Avocados

4 Small Eggs

Salt & Pepper

Method:

 

Prep: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Halve and pit the avocados. Scoop out a little extra flesh to make room.

Fill: Place avocado halves in a baking dish. Crack 1 egg into each half

Season: Season with salt, pepper, and desired toppings
