Elegant Cheesy Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients (Serves 6)

 

6 Large Bell Peppers (Mix colors for beauty!)

400g Ground Beef

1 Cup Cooked Rice

1 Small Onion (Finely chopped)

2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)

1 Cup Tomato Sauce + 1/2 Cup Diced Tomatoes

Seasoning: 1 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Dried Oregano, Salt & Pepper

1 1/2 Cups Mozzarella/Cheddar (Shredded)

Olive Oil & Fresh Parsley

 

 

 

Short Instructions:

 

Prep:  Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Cut tops off peppers, remove seeds, and lightly brush with olive oil.

 

Filling:  Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil. Add beef and cook until browned. Stir in tomatoes, sauce, spices, and rice. Simmer 5 mins.

 

Assemble:  Stuff peppers generously and top with cheese.

 

Bake:  Bake 25–30 mins until tender and golden. Garnish with parsley.
