Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
3 tablespoons butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
Lemon slices for garnish
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with foil.
Arrange the salmon fillets in the center of the foil and place the asparagus around them.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the salmon and asparagus.
Add lemon slices on top for extra flavor.
Fold the foil over the salmon and seal the edges tightly to create packets.
