Loaded Cheesy Hamburger & Hashbrown Casserole Bake

 

 

 

A warm, comforting, and ultra-cheesy casserole that brings together savory beef, crispy hashbrowns, and a creamy, flavorful sauce. Perfect for family dinners or easy weeknight meals!

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 bag frozen hashbrowns

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 onion, diced

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

 

 

 

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a baking dish.

In a large pan, cook the diced onion until soft, then add the ground beef. Cook until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

In a large bowl, mix the cooked beef, frozen hashbrowns, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir until everything is well combined.

Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

Top with the remaining cheddar cheese for a rich, cheesy crust.

Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve warm with a fresh salad or steamed vegetables for a complete and satisfying meal.
