300 g short pasta
2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cups heavy cream or cooking cream
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish lightly with butter or oil.
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until soft and fragrant.
Stir in the shredded chicken, paprika, black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
Pour in the cream and milk, then mix well. Let the sauce simmer gently for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add half of the mozzarella cheese and the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
Combine the cooked pasta with the creamy chicken sauce and transfer everything to the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese generously over the top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden, bubbly, and deliciously melted.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
