½ teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil

Place a baking sheet on the counter — you’ll set the jars on it for easy handling.
2️⃣ Prepare the Jars
Lightly grease 4 oven-safe glass jars or ramekins with butter or cooking spray.
Make sure they are heatproof and not sealed during baking.
3️⃣ Add Blueberries
Divide the blueberries evenly among the jars (about ⅓–½ cup per jar).
4️⃣ Mix the Wet Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together:
Milk
Eggs
Honey (or maple syrup)
Vanilla extract
Melted butter (or coconut oil)

Rolled oats
Baking powder
Mix until evenly combined.
6️⃣ Assemble
Pour the oat mixture evenly over the blueberries in each jar.
Do not overfill — leave about ½ inch at the top to prevent spilling.
7️⃣ Bake
Place the jars on the baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, until:
The centers are set
The tops are lightly golden
A toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean
8️⃣ Cool & Serve
Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
Serve warm as is, or top with:
Greek yogurt
Extra blueberries
A drizzle of honey
Chopped nuts
Storage & Reheating
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat in the microwave for 30–60 seconds.
These are perfect for meal prep breakfasts!
