Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

2 cups cooked ham, diced

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

4 large eggs

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon butter, melted

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

 

 

 

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, softened cream cheese, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

Fold in the diced ham and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese evenly over the top.

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden and bubbly.

Let the bake rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired.
