Crunchy Detox Cucumber Salad

This fresh and flavorful cucumber salad is packed with crisp vegetables, fiber, and nutrients, making it a light and satisfying meal. Ingredients

2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced

3 cups shredded green cabbage

2 medium tomatoes, diced

1 small onion, thinly sliced

2 green onions, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh dill (optional)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

½ teaspoon salt, or to taste

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon dried oregano

1 garlic clove, minced

 

 

 

 

Instructions

Wash and prepare all vegetables.

In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, cabbage, tomatoes, onion, green onions, parsley, and dill.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.

Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well to coat.

Let the salad sit for 10–15 minutes so the flavors can blend.

Serve immediately, or chill for 30 minutes for an even fresher taste.
