Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

2 cups fresh spinach

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken
