Ingredients (Serves 4)

2 medium zucchini, sliced very thin (about 1/8 inch rounds)

1 1/2 cups finely grated Parmesan cheese

 

 

 

 

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Set your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup. Lightly grease the foil with a small amount of oil to prevent sticking.

2. Prepare the Zucchini

Wash and dry the zucchini thoroughly. Slice into thin, even rounds (about 1/8 inch thick) so they cook evenly.

Pat the slices dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture—this is key for crispiness.

3. Build the Crisps

On the baking sheet, place small piles of grated Parmesan (about 1 teaspoon each), spacing them apart.

Lay a zucchini slice on top of each cheese pile, then add a light sprinkle of Parmesan over the top.

4. Bake Until Golden

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden, crispy, and bubbling at the edges.
