Veggie Base: 2 cups Chopped Mushrooms + 1 Onion

Spice Mix: Minced Garlic, Paprika, Cumin, Seven Colours Seasoning, Chilli Flakes , & Mixed Herbs

 

 

 

Finish: Salt & Pepper

Sizzle: Brown livers in oil for 3 mins; set aside.

 

Infuse: In the same pan, simmer cream, mushrooms, onions, and all spices for 3 mins.
