Elegant Chocolate Ganache Tart

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

Crust: 200g Digestive biscuits (crushed), 100g melted butter.

 

Filling: 200g Dark chocolate (chopped), 200ml Heavy cream, 1 tbsp Butter, 1 tsp Vanilla.

 

Topping: Fresh Raspberries, Sea salt, Edible gold dust

 

 

 

Method:

 

Base: Mix biscuits + butter, press into a 9-inch tart tin. Bake at 180°C for 10 min ➡️ Cool completely.

 

Ganache: Heat cream until simmer  Pour over chocolate, let it sit for 2 mins.

 

Mix: Add butter & vanilla, whisk until smooth & glossy

 

Assemble: Pour over crust, chill for 2+ hours

Serve: Garnish with berries & gold, slice with a hot knife

 

 

 

Filling:  Heat 200ml heavy cream until simmering, pour over  200g chopped dark chocolate.

 

Let sit 2 mins, stir until smooth. Add 🥄 1 tbsp butter for shine.

 

Finish: Pour into crust, refrigerate until set . Top with  raspberries & sea salt.
