Big Mac Cheeseburger Protein Bowl

Big Mac Cheeseburger Protein Bowl
~45g protein • ~350 calories • All the burger vibes, no bun needed
This bowl tastes just like your favorite drive-thru classic — savory beef, crisp lettuce, tangy pickles, melty cheese, and that creamy “special sauce.” Perfect for meal prep or a quick high-protein dinner!
Ingredients (Serves 1 Large Bowl)
Protein Base
5 oz (140g) lean ground beef (93–96% lean)
Salt & black pepper, to taste
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Bowl Toppings
1½ cups shredded iceberg lettuce
2 tbsp diced white onion
2 tbsp diced dill pickles
2 tbsp shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
High-Protein “Special Sauce”
¼ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
1 tsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp finely chopped pickles (or relish)
½ tsp white vinegar
¼ tsp paprika
Pinch salt
Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Add ground beef and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Cook 5–7 minutes, breaking it apart, until fully browned.
Drain excess fat if needed. Set aside.
2️⃣ Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, light mayo, ketchup, mustard, chopped pickles, vinegar, paprika, and salt.
Stir until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust (more mustard for tang, more ketchup for sweetness).
3️⃣ Assemble the Bowl
Add shredded lettuce to a large bowl.
Top with hot cooked beef.
Sprinkle cheese on top (it’ll slightly melt from the heat).
Add onions and pickles.
Drizzle generously with special sauce.
Optional Add-Ins (Still Macro-Friendly)
Sesame seeds (for that bun flavor vibe)
Diced tomatoes
Air-fried potato cubes (if you want a “fries” boost)
Swap beef for lean ground turkey or chicken
