Ingredients:

 

– 2 lbs cooked ham (sliced or chunked)

– 1 can (about 20 oz) pineapple chunks (drained, reserve juice)

– 3/4 cup brown sugar

– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

– 1/4 cup pineapple juice (from the can)

– 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)

– 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves (optional, for depth of flavor)

 

 

 

 

Instructions:

 

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a baking dish.

 

2. Arrange the ham evenly in the dish, then scatter the pineapple chunks over and around it.

 

3. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, Dijon mustard, pineapple juice, and honey until smooth.

 

4. Pour the glaze evenly over the ham and pineapple, making sure everything is well coated.
