2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough

2 cups shredded or finely chopped cooked corned beef

2 cups shredded Gruyère cheese

Optional for Serving

Grainy mustard

Creamy horseradish sauce

Instructions

Preheat the Oven Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare the Dough Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles.

Add the Filling Place a small amount of shredded corned beef near the wide end of each triangle. Top with a generous sprinkle of shredded Gruyère cheese.

Fold and Shape Fold the corners of the dough over the filling, then roll toward the pointed end, enclosing the filling completely to form a pocket or bundle.

Arrange on Baking Sheet Place the filled crescents seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.

Bake Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.

Serve Warm Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Arrange on a platter and serve with grainy mustard or creamy horseradish sauce for dipping.
