Ingredients
2 lbs (900 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
Lightly grease the slow cooker insert.
In a bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, Italian seasoning, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the shrimp in the slow cooker and pour the garlic butter mixture over them. Toss gently to coat.
Cover and cook on LOW for 30–45 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink, opaque, and cooked through. Be careful not to overcook.
Stir gently and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
