Oreo Fluff Stuffed Strawberries
Ingredients:
• 2 lbs fresh large strawberries
• 1 (14.3oz) package Oreos
• 1 (8oz) block Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
• 1 (8oz) tub Cool Whip (thawed)
• ½ cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
1. Wash and dry the strawberries. Slice the tops off and use a paring knife or a small melon baller to hollow out the center of each strawberry.
2. Place half of the package of Oreos into a zip-top bag and crush them into fine crumbs with a rolling pin.
3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until completely smooth.
4. Gently fold the thawed Cool Whip and the crushed Oreos into the cream cheese mixture until fluffy.
5. Transfer the Oreo fluff into a plastic piping bag or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped off.
6. Pipe the cookies-and-cream fluff generously into the hollowed-out strawberries, letting it overfill slightly. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
