The Irresistible No-Knead Garlic Bread Everyone’s Raving About!

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 350 ml warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

 

 

Preparation:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, dry yeast, salt, and minced garlic. Add the warm water and olive oil.
    Stir well with a spoon or spatula until everything is evenly mixed. The dough will be slightly sticky—don’t worry, that’s exactly how it should be!
  2. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
  3. Lightly grease a bread pan or baking dish. Gently pour the risen dough into the pan—no kneading needed!
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for 30–35 minutes, or until the bread turns beautifully golden brown.
